1. General Agreement By booking a detailing service with MJK Car Care:
The customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure transparency, professionalism, and mutual understanding between the service provider and the customer. Our goal is to deliver high-quality results while outlining service limitations and responsibilities.
2. Appointments s Scheduling:

All services are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or online

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

If a customer is more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or modify the service based on the available time.

We do not offer refunds, even if the customer is unsatisfied with the However, if a concern is raised within 24 hours, we will review it and may offer a touch-up or correction at our discretion.

4. Vehicle Condition s Liability:

We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to:

Scratches, dents, paint chips, or clear coat

Worn-out or cracked leather, upholstery, or interior

Faded, oxidized, or discolored

Rusted, corroded, or deteriorated parts.

We take utmost care during the detailing process but are not responsible for damages caused by weak or deteriorating components (e.g., brittle plastic, loose trim, malfunctioning electronics).

5. Service Limitations:

We do not guarantee 100% stain or odor removal, as some stains or odors may have permanently penetrated materials beyond what detailing can

Certain surfaces may not return to their original condition due to wear, fading, or long-term

Paint correction and ceramic coatings have limitations, and results depend on the condition of the vehicle’s paint before service.

Convertible roofs, vinyl wraps, and matte finishes require special care and may have restrictions on certain treatments.

We do not perform mechanical repairs or electrical work, including:

Fixing power windows or

Repairing broken handles, seats, or dashboard

We do not guarantee protection from future stains, odors, or damage after the service is completed.
6. Customer Responsibilities:

The customer must provide access to the vehicle and, for mobile detailing, ensure the work area is safe and accessible.

If the vehicle is excessively dirty, contains hazardous materials (e.g., biohazards, sharp objects, mold infestations), or is infested with pests, we reserve the right to refuse service or apply an additional cleaning charge.

7. Liability s Insurance:

We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that arise after the detailing service, such as:

Battery drainage from prolonged interior light

Sensor errors or malfunctions after deep cleaning (e.g., parking sensors, cameras).

Customers assume all risks associated with leaving the vehicle unattended during the detailing.
8. Cancellation, Refund s Dispute Policy:

Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee

No refunds will be issued after service completion, regardless of customer satisfaction. If a concern is raised within 24 hours, we will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a touch-up or correction (but not a refund).

Any chargebacks or payment disputes will be handled according to our documented service records and photos.

During the Service: A full-length time-lapse or continuous video of the detailing

After the Service: Final photos and videos highlighting the Use of Photos s Videos:

Images and videos may be used for:

Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, ).

Marketing materials, advertisements, and

Training and internal quality By booking a service with MJK Car Care, the customer acknowledges and grants permission for us to capture and store before and after images and videos of the vehicle.

Record the entire detailing process for documentation, quality control, and training purposes.

Use selected footage for promotional purposes without requiring further.
10. Weather Policy (For Mobile Detailing):

Services may be rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snow, strong winds).

If the customer has a garage, carport, or covered area, services may proceed as
